Who is Urša?

Urša Svetelj is a leadership coach, facilitator, and former Agile Slovenia co-organizer who helps leaders and teams navigate difficult conversations, strengthen collaboration, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Over the past ten years, she has facilitated more than 500 workshops and coached 100+ leaders. Her work focuses on leadership, giving difficult feedback, and facilitating strategy and goal-setting sessions. She also works with founders of small companies, helping them step out of day-to-day operations so they can focus on growing their businesses.

As a former Agile Slovenia co-organizer, Urša had the pleasure of working alongside Voranc to help build the community.

When she's not working with leaders and teams, you'll most likely find her spending time with her two daughters, reading a good book, or hiking in the mountains.

Interactive Session: Feedback Without Hard Feelings

Have you ever facilitated a team retrospective where everyone agreed that everything was "fine," yet you knew something wasn't working? The team's energy felt off. Performance wasn't where it could be. But no one was saying what really needed to be said.

Giving honest feedback is uncomfortable. We worry about damaging relationships, creating resentment, or making someone feel attacked. So we stay silent. We tell ourselves, "It's probably better not to say anything."

In this highly interactive 90-minute workshop, you'll learn how to give constructive feedback that is both direct and respectful—without creating hard feelings.

You'll leave with:

  • a simple, practical framework you can use in your very next conversation,

  • techniques for handling emotionally charged situations,

  • real-world examples and case studies,

  • hands-on practice with personalized feedback on your own feedback skills.

Whether you're a manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, or team member, this workshop will help you turn difficult conversations into opportunities for growth—for both people and teams.
