Stuart vodi z radovednostjo in občutkom za skupnost. Ti vrednoti prežemata vse, kar počne, od grajenja ekip do soustvarjanja pozitivnih sprememb v organizacijah.

Svojo več kot 20-letno kariero na področju digitalnih rešitev je začel s sodelovanjem pri agilnih in digitalnih transformacijah velikih organizacij, kot sta ASDA / Walmart in britanski javni zdravstveni sistem (NHS).

Leta 2014 se je pridružil podjetju AND Digital, takrat še startupu, in pomembno prispeval k oblikovanju njihovih načinov dela. Danes podjetje šteje več kot 1000 svetovalcev in sodeluje s približno 50 strankami iz različnih panog.

Danes Stuart v podjetju AND Digital vodi področje operacij in tehnologije. Odgovoren je za interne tehnološke sisteme in usmerja zahtevne agilne iniciative ter transformacije.

Je soustanovitelj meetup-a Agile Reading in reden govorec na mednarodnih konferencah.

Z družino živi v mestu Reading (Berkshire), kjer je trener in delno upokojeni igralec lokalnega rugby kluba, sicer pa zvesti navijač rugby ekipe Leicester Tigers.
