Meet Larisa, a positive leader who believes that the best way to grow a company is through leading and developing its internal customers to delight the company’s key stakeholders. Extensive experience in people, culture, communication and sustainability programs and processes within different industries: FMCG, pharma, and finance. Last 8 years she has worked in telecommunications, accountable for people, culture, communication, and sustainability in A1 Slovenija and Serbia and is a member of the cluster leadership team.

It’s a challenging time when most industries are thriving through transformation while at least maintaining if not improving customer experience, optimizing portfolio management, reshaping operating models, offering engaging employee experience and culture and at the same time optimizing costs.
