Who is Jasna?
Jasna Knez is an executive and team coach, mentor coach, coaching supervisor and educator at Povej na Glas. She works with leaders, teams and organizations, supporting leadership development, stronger relationships and meaningful, sustainable change. She sees development as something that goes far beyond learning models, tools and techniques, and is particularly interested in how people actually show up in their work and relationships, how they listen, how they respond under pressure, how they relate to others, and how they navigate complexity and uncertainty. Her work is grounded in an ontological and systemic approach and through years of professional coaching practice, Jasna developed C.O.R.E., a coaching model and philosophy that she uses as a flexible roadmap in her work with individuals, leaders and teams.
She is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), EMCC Master Practitioner, accredited coaching supervisor (ESIA) and team coach (ITCA), and works internationally as a coach, mentor, educator, assessor and supervisor. She is also an Honorary Ambassador of EMCC Slovenia, recognised for her long-standing contribution to the development and professionalisation of coaching. Much of her work explores what happens beneath the surface of leadership: the patterns we return to under pressure, the assumptions we make, and the impact our way of being has on the people around us. She invites leaders to notice these patterns, question what no longer serves them, and create more space for awareness and choice in how they lead. Her style is direct, reflective and practical, with enough challenge to move people beyond familiar answers and towards more conscious choices.
Interactive Session: Who is Thinking in Your Team? Stop Solving. Start Coaching.
When someone on your team comes to you with a problem, how quickly do you start solving it? Most leaders do. You listen, assess, offer an answer and move on. It feels efficient. But over time, the person keeps coming back, you keep carrying more, and the team learns that the answers live with you.
This interactive session is about changing that dynamic. You will work with a real leadership situation and experience what changes when you stop focusing only on solving the problem and start coaching the person who is thinking about it. We will work with presence, listening and questions, and use C.O.R.E., Jasna Knez’s coaching model, as a flexible roadmap for moving from what is happening now, through deeper exploration, towards insight, choice and action. You will also notice the part that is often harder than asking a good question: resisting the urge to give the answer.
You leave with a practical coaching model you can use in a five-minute conversation or a longer 1:1, and a different way of approaching the next person who walks into your office with: “Can I just ask you something?”
For managers, team leads and anyone whose job is not only to get things done, but to grow people who can think and act for themselves.
