Who is Gašper?

Gašper Okršlar is an Agile/Delivery Consultant, and Project Manager with 10+ years of experience across product strategy, digital transformation, and team execution. Companies bring him in when products stall, delivery becomes inconsistent, or teams are busy without making real progress.

Over his career, Gašper has led full product reassessments, managed complex multi-team delivery environments, and worked as an embeded consultant in distributed teams. Agility promises predictable value delivery and adaptability, yet many organizations find themselves trapped in "agile theatre". Teams are assigning story points, holding retrospectives, and staying constantly busy, but the product isn't moving and business metrics remain flat.

When delivery stalls or priorities shift, leaders struggle to pinpoint the root cause: Is it an unanchored product strategy, feature-factory backlog bloat, stakeholder misalignment, or procedural friction?

In this workshop, participants will run a rapid diagnostic on their own products or teams using the 8-Dimension Product Health Scorecard (covering Strategy, Roadmap Focus, Delivery Rhythm, Stakeholder Alignment, Feedback Loops, Tech/Process Debt, Team Ownership, and Vendor Fit). Working through exercises, attendees will evaluate their current processes and discuss their biggest delivery bottleneck with other participants to design actionable items they can use the next day at work.
