Who is Borut?
Borut Jeglič is a coach who has spent the past ten years listening to hundreds of leaders talk about what they wanted to change, only to watch many of them change nothing. Not because they lacked the desire, but because they believed they would find the answer in their heads.
They did not.
The answer was in movement, in facing difficult emotions, and in the moment when the excuses run out and you are left alone with yourself.
That is why Borut created Forge48: 48 hours in the mountains. Physical effort. Coaching. No escape. No Wi-Fi. Just you and the question you have been avoiding for too long.
The result? People finally stop overthinking and start creating something that is genuinely their own.
Borut lives in Slovenia, has two young children, and is building his business in his own way. Slowly. Through honest conversations. Without shortcuts.
Interactive Session: How to Master Yourself When It's Hard
The keynote gives you seven habits for the team. This session is for you: how to master yourself when the pressure is on.
We open with a quick physical challenge, long enough for your mind to start looking for a way out. That reaction under mild physical strain is the same reaction you have in a sprint review that's going sideways or a demand from leadership you don't believe in. We use it as material.
From there, you take a real situation from your own work and run it through two questions: what does this situation expect of you, and what's actually true for you right now. You usually only answer the first one. That's how you end up agreeing to a deadline you already know is wrong, or nodding along in a decision you don't believe in.
You leave with a next move for your specific situation, and a two-minute version of the practice for the next time it happens.
For managers, product owners, scrum masters, and anyone who keeps things running without checking what it's costing them.
