Andrea Provaglio
Who is Andrea?
Andrea Provaglio is an Executive Business Agility Advisor, Senior Agile Coach, keynote speaker, mentor, and experiential trainer with nearly two decades of experience in Business Agility.
He has worked with organizations across three continents, from multinational companies and public institutions to smaller, fast-moving businesses. His work focuses on helping leaders, managers, and teams build more adaptive, resilient, and effective organizations through Agile, Lean, transformational leadership, and new organizational models.
Andrea is a regular speaker at international conferences and has also been a faculty member of the Executive MBA Ticinensis at the University of Pavia, where he teaches Agile management and adaptive organizations.
